Dear Union Station Tenant:

As you can imagine, Union Station is a huge facility and of course, with a big building, things tend to break or not work as designed.

Union Station's desire is to be very quick to repair items within our building.  Pending the level of maintenance required, will depend on how quickly we can accommodate your maintenance requests.  Changing a light bulb is easier than fixing plumbing issues (we may have to get permits and hire a licensed plumber).  We will fix items that are Union Station's responsibility based on our lease agreements.  Please complete the below form or click on the below pdf. document, print, and turn in or email it to:
